Billy Claiborne, brothers Ike and Billy Clanton, and
brothers Tom and Frank McLaury on one side against town marshal Virgil Earp,
special policeman and Earp’s two younger brothers Morgan and Wyatt Earp, and
temporary policeman Doc Holliday. The gunfight occurred October 26, 1881. Yep,
a touristy place now, but had to go!
